Supplier Quality Management - We are able to lead development process for new or existing suppliers taking advantage of our location and local market knowledge. We can support our customers in following areas:
- Supplier auditing (System, Process and Product audits) - Defining and follow up of suppliers corrective actions - Handling customers complaint process to assure that all root causes are identified and properly addressed.
